Mari is amazing! I have been getting my lashes done since 2012 and she is by far the best lash tech I’ve ever had. I have had issues in the past with ...my personal life and Mari was always flexible and understanding. Her work is amazing and I love that she lets me vent and even asks at the next appointment how a certain situation went. She listens. Kind of like a lash tech and therapist at the same time lol I’d add extra stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always feel like a new person when I walk out of her shop. Show more

Hi Jennifer, I'm sorry this happened to you. But if you had this problem you could’ve reached out to me, as i do give everyone my card with my number on it and i do tell everyone if you have any issues with your lashes just to let me know. I received no text or call from you stating you had any issues. Had you done so i could’ve had you back in so i can redo them for you. Any major fallout within the first 3 days we offer corrections for that. I’m sorry you felt my service was only 3 stars. Had you reached out and told me you had an issue and given me the opportunity to fix it maybe you would’ve felt different. Hope you have a nice day.
