Hi Arlethea im sorry to hear that you are disappointed. If you felt the acrylic application was too thick you could of just told me while i was doing your nails. Some people like them thick some thin. Also i can see from the picture that some rhinestones have fallen off. My apologies. I have never had this happen before. I started using a newly purchased bling gel you being the first person i used it on in my defense. The time went over which agreed is also my fault. You chose not to get your pedicure because you had to go to work and was out of time. Understandable. This job was a refill overtop of someones previous work. Due to the reasons I have explained that i take resposibility for I am not perfect but I am fair. I will have no problem refunding you half your cost. I did remove the previous gel polish and lifted acrylic and attempt the design i was sent and drove to your home and worked in your set up space so i believe i am entitled to half the cost for the work that has been done prior to applying the acrylic and the rhinestones. Please look for your refund via Cash app within 24-48 hours. Thank you for your review honesty is always welcomed. This helps in my growth.
