I was very disappointed in the service i received. I left unfinished and felt like she had not been doing hair as long as she had stated Very ama...teur service at best. There were rubber bands left on the twist, and there was no dipping the hair in hot water. Twists were different thicknesses and not even.. i was told to bring 18 in hair, and she chopped the best part on it off. So i went home and finished my own hair. I rolled it and dipped it on the hot water, then found out why the rubber bands were needed. Some bands came off, and the hair started to unravel. The type of hair i was asked to bring didn't burn. Looked a whole lot better after i took the rods out. Oh, I got the medium passion twist. I won't keep them in longer than two weeks, wasted,$185. Show more
