Beautiful salon and the stylist (the owner) cut & styled my hair beautifully. However, none of my appointment times were honored during my two visits.... My first visit, I waited an hour after my appointment time to get washed, there were two people already waiting to get their hair done during my appointment time. Yesterday, my appointment time was for 12pm, I was on time…..once in the salon, I was not greeted therefore, I sat in the salon chair where my hair was done during my last visit. First words spoken was to tell me to basically, get out her chair and sit in the back on the couch. Last time I was there the couch was in the front of the salon, I didn’t see the couch in the back. About 5 minutes later another client comes in and she’s immediately told to sit at the washing station after I’ve already arrived at my appointment time. I tried to be patient because I wanted my hair done, I left my sick granddaughter’s hospital bedside to get my hair done but, at 12:41pm…I just left without any service. I am highly disappointed! Time is precious and should be respected! Show more
