Luxury Pedicure with gel polish

Overall, I have been very happy with the manicures and pedicures. The salon is lovely and clean. My only complaint is that at my last appointment, the... tech was a bit aggressive when trimming the cuticle during my pedicure and cut me. The cut is visible 24 hrs later. I believe I am correct in saying this was the 2nd or possibly 3rd time this tech has done my nails. Understandably accidents happen, and I would not refuse to have this tech again as I have been happy in the past. I will say he did slow down after cutting me. Show more

I had booked two appointments online so I could pick specific experienced technicians. I was able to choose Thi Nguyen for myself and An Tran for my d...aughter but when I got there, they had somebody else service me and I believe my daughter was sat with Thi. I asked why I wasn't being serviced by the person I chose and An told me if I want someone specific, I would have to call to make the appointment. That online you can only book with one specific person, which is her. I thought that was pretty inconvinient because it deafeats the purpose of booking online. The gentleman that serviced me was kind and never hurt me once, unlike my experience with other new technicians, but I wasn't satisfied with the polish application or the shaping of my nails. Some of my nails look runny or like the polish wasn't put on evenly in the sun. Luckily my daughter really enjoyed her luxury pedicure service and was satisfied with her polish. We both also enjoyed the atmosphere and will give this location another chance but hopefully next time we get who we actually booked with. Show more
