Absolutely terrible. I booked a hydrafacial with her and she confirmed it on the app. I drove 40 mins from my house just to wait outside her salon for... 30 minutes. I called her three times and texted her three times and she did not respond at all. She wasted my time and gas just to completely ghost me. Do not book with her she is extremely unprofessional.
