Salón overbooks clients. My appointment was at 530 I had to wait 40 minutes to get serviced. Then when I asked about a discount on services I was decl...ined. So I left no type of professional regard for your time. Will not ever book with this salon again. Show more

My appointment was at 9am. The braiders were on time and got straight to it. The establishment was clean and smells nice. The lady that braided my hai...r was fast and she did a great job. I didn't ger her name, but just observing everyones work, It doesn't matter which braider you choose. They all were doing a good job. I definitely appreciate it not being a loud and ghetto establishment. Will be returning. Show more

My appointment was basically disregarded because I was not serviced until around 3:40 instead of 2:00. I like the shop, the braiders are nice and do ...their job well but I was disappointed in the way they weren't apologetic and made zero effort to give a discount for the time they wasted. They actually still charged me the cashapp fee after it was all said and done. You should probably only book here in the morning unless you don't have anything to do or anyone depending on you because it seems like it was normal practice. This was only my second experience, both times I loved my hair but I am unsure if I can be disrespected like this again! Show more
