Good Evening , While I appreciate you for reaching out to me and providing your feedback, I would like to address a few things. If you were not satisfied with your hair, this is a conversation that could have been held before you left the salon, but please remember that I offered you several solutions before starting and finishing your hair. As a Professional Hairstylist, I am always honest and upfront with my clients about what style will work for their hair and what style will not. You asked about a Sleek ponytail first and I told you that was not a service that I provide. I recommended another Stylist located in the Salon, that could provide this service for you. You booked a quick weave with me instead. When you arrived for your appointment, I told you that you would need more hair so that the flip over method would blend better with your natural hair texture. I literally had to stretch your hair because you chose not to go purchase more hair. I told you that I would fill in your natural hair with more pieces, you just needed to go buy another pack of hair. Again, you chose not to do this. As far as time management, your appointment was at 2pm and I got you out of the Salon before 7pm. Given the extra time needed to stretch your natural hair and service my additional clients. Unfortunately, I do not rush my work and this is a busy season with proms My goal is to ensure that every client leaves feeling happy and confident with their hairstyle.
