I made an appointment online for Saturday at 10 am with Valerie, thinking I was going to get the service which was partial highlights and cut. When I ...showed up on time, no one was there to do hair, and customer service gentleman told me that "online appointment scheduling actually is not working, I am not the only one who is experiencing this kind of disappointment, I should have called instead" Although I have got conformation text message and confirmation e-mail, seemed to me scheduling was working. And that's not the only issue I had, next day I reached out to Valerie, she told me that she works only two days a week and actually she only provides lashes and weaves. Which is totally understandable but don't you think The Owner should update the web site with these type of information for better business? At least take down the online appointment side of it and state that appointments only taken by phone calls? Anyways, I ended up getting appointment from Sapideh, Wesley Chapel location. She was great I am very happy with the service I received. I am giving 3 stars because misleading web site information coast me to have really bad day at that Saturday starting this way. Show more

I am giving four stars to my nail technician and not the place of business. I normally would be a walk in and found that I could book via Booksy. Def...initely not happy after my services are completed the cost I booked for is way more higher. They will charge you take off the Gel polish they put on, make it make sense to me. The owner has not updated the app info and no one says anything until you are done. I paid for my services, express my feelings of the non transparency about the ordeal, but will not be returning. Everyone at Badars are highly recommended to do threading. I have been a costumer for years and Ibhave yet to be disappointed. Ulka, Shittal, Naima, R...uby and the rest of the threaders are experienced and all that is required of you is to let them know how you want your eyebrows. Today, Ibwas attended by Ulka and she did a phenomenal job!! A special thanks to Mattie (receptionist) who always greets with a smile. Show more
