Listen here… I KNOW she gets tired of me, at almost appointment, saying ‘can we add a lil more blonde?’ She laughs at me but gets it done and it’s alw...ays fabulous! She doesn’t overbook, which to me, is amazing. You know you won’t be waiting around. Additionally, if something comes up, she actually *gasp* communicates with you. As a working woman with limited time, SoNae is always clutch! Did I mention that she’s also (basically) a therapist? It felt like we were old friends from day one.
