Lindsey cancelled my appointment 2 minutes before I was scheduled for a haircut. She called me 2 minutes before to inform me that she would be 30 minu...tes late, instead of simply blocking out that time on her calendar. I would contact her before your appointment and make sure her schedule is clear. I had time away from work and rearranged my kids entire afternoon for something that could’ve easily been prevented.
