Asked me to prepay via Apple Pay because he lost his wallet, no problem. Sent him 200% his normal fee, $100 to help him out. Then proceeded to No show... my appointment after rescheduling twice. Another barber in the shop helped me out and cut my hair, for full price of course. Zack apologizes via text and gives me 50 different stories, first he got shot at, then his mom had emergency surgery, then he was so sick he couldn’t think straight. All in the time span of 3 days. I get it, shit happens, and stuff comes up. Stop lying about shit and own up to it. Nearly a month later and he no longer returns my calls or texts, and has yet to refund my $100 for a cut I never received. Be forewarned… Show more
