I really wanted to give this girl a ZERO for the review. SHE MOST CERTAINLY WOULD’VE RECEIVED IT. First of all, I would like to say that I am a busine...ss owner and have been for some time, and I support anybody that is trying to support themselves, but I will and can never support any foolishness like this. WHERE DO I START? HER SHOP ITSELF WAS VERY DIRTY. IN FACT, IT WAS FILTHY. 🤮🤢🤮🤢 I CAN’T EVEN DESCRIBE TO YOU HOW NASTY THE FLOORS WERE. WHEN SHE PULLED OUT THE MOP, YOU WOULDN’T BELIEVE ME IF I TOLD YOU HOW NASTY THAT THING WAS. 😷 SHE SAT ME UNDER THE BOWL TO WASH MY HAIR IN A CHAIR THAT WAS NOT MEANT FOR THAT. MY ENTIRE SWEATSHIRT WAS DRIPPING IN WATER. I was there to get a perm along with a steam treatment, cut, and a curl. This girl had no IDEA on where to begin with cutting my hair. She kept telling me that she’s just gonna follow the pattern from my former beautician and unfortunately she couldn’t even get that right. When she started to relax my hair, it took her 20 minutes and believe it or not she was just on the side and the back of my head. 😳 Remind you I have really short hair. At this point, my hair was burning, so there was no way that I would’ve been able to allow her to start relaxing the top of my head. In addition to that, she cut my hair, leaving gashes from the clippers throughout my head—both sides and the back. 😱✂️ This was by far my worst experience in all my years of getting my hair done.
