There was no experience, Pooh never showed up! I had a 9:00 appointment and I spent an hour trauma bonding with the 9:30 appointment. No show, no call..., so no Bueno. I see it’s a cancellation fee for the customers but what’s the fee for the Barber’s no show? Very unprofessional, I really don’t care what’s the reason, I just want the courtesy of some kind of notification. I know my $45 doesn’t matter but I hope it gives other first time customers a heads up. Show more
