I will never book with him again. Very unprofessional—no heads-up or communication whatsoever. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, and he to...ld me I’d have to come back in the morning because he “got off his bus late.” I explained that I needed my haircut tonight since I had somewhere to be in the morning. He suggested going to his brother, but he never confirmed with him, and his brother didn’t acknowledge me. On top of that, there were several kids’ haircuts ahead.
