I'm having a hard time finding a good barber in Phoenix so I was looking forward to trying a new shop and barber but unfortunately I was pretty disapp...ointed. It started with texting me day of to change my appointment to earlier - stuff happens and I completely understand so I was okay with that. While he cut my hair he talked with others in the shop about how poorly other barbers cut. Given the conversation I was expecting that I was going to walk out with a clean cut but I was mistaken. My apologies for the bad experience , but you really had no hair to cut , kinda hard to show you what I can do when all you asked for was a low taper and no line up . I’ve been here in Arizona for 4 yrs and never had a problem till now . Good luck finding another barber πŸ€™πŸ½ and some advise for you , whatever is said in the barbershop stays on the barber shop 🀝🏽
