One star cause i had no choice. Nice work but she is completely irresponsible when it comes to other peoples time. She wants you to show up 15 min ear...ly but waits until the day of to cancel my daughter's nail appt for prom which is in 2 days. He doesnt confirm and has to be chased by phone and doesnt answer. You have to show up at her place to get her to go ok booksy and confirm. My daughter's appt was 2pm today and she cancelled at 155pm. Stay clear of this nail place. Show more

Thank you for your review… as I spoke to you on the phone your daughters appointment was scheduled for 2:15pm not 2pm and I did no cancel you 5 min before your appointment as you’re trying to say. I completely understand your situation but I’m only one person I don’t have a team working for myself and I did explained to you my emergency. Anytime that I cancel one of my clients I always reach out at a later time or the next day to reschedule their appointments. And I never ask my clients to come 15min prior their appointment time unless they have to soak off a previous set. It’s sad that you could take the time to write a bad review about someone and when your daughter got her nails done the first time and she was very satisfied you didn’t have anything good to say. Thank you 💓

Love love LOVE her work- she is an AMAZING nail tech but unfortunately Neylin is very unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments! She cancel...s last minute- like literally last minute (I’ve showed up and no one is there a few times) and all I ask is for the common courtesy to let me know you won’t be making an appointment. She changes your appointment time without even asking you and I’ve referred her to a few people and she does the same Thing to them and it’s sad because it’s people’s time. She’s done this a few times to me and I let it slide b/c we are only human but after a while it gets frustrating.. cancelling my appt(without cancelling it on the app) a few days before my bday and after 5 days later not even a reply on why?? Now I’m scrambling looking for a nail tech to do my nails for my 25th bday.. We are paying for a service- the service isn’t free, at least be courteous. Wish her nothing but the best but I just wish things were different Show more

I can’t completely give negative feedback because I had the chance to at least have one set done. However, the second time around was a total disappoi...ntment I didn’t even get a chance to get my second appointment in since I was reschedule at last min and I definitely couldn’t make it when Neylin decided to postpone. I tried calling her, texting, dm and even went to the establishment to leave her a note and didn’t even bother to reach back to me to accommodate since she was the one who cancelled our initial appointment. I specifically stated on my texts and note that I was hurting from one of my nails and not even that arose her concern for her clients who makes the appointment with time to adjust their schedule. I passed by a second time to see if she at least got my note left on the table and she was there with another client which mean she definitely got my message. I guess there is not an interested to build a clientele and deliver good service. Extremely unprofessional on that matter. Show more

Hi Liliam! First of all your appointment wasn’t canceled or anything, your appointment was set for today at 10am, and I requested you to change your appointment time to 11:30am the night before. You did saw my time Change requested and you didn’t accepted which means you’re the one who canceled on me. I did saw your note and the fact I didn’t get back to you right away didn’t mean I wasn’t going to do it, like you said you saw me I was busy with another client, I always get back to my clients after work. And one last thing, I do have your message and you never mentioned anything about a hurting nail. Thank you for your business and for your review. Wish you the best!
