Thank you for your review. However,if you were more knowledgeable about what you request the results may be more satisfying. 1st you requested that I use a 1 or a 1.5 guard on the top of your head. The guards that professional barbers use are not labled like those used for home use. With myself knowing that I used a gurad that is compatible to the guard that you requested. This left a considerable amount of hair as well as a prominent wave pattern. So I definitely would not use the term scalped. Let's be honest. 2nd, you were given a mirror before you left to solidify that you were happy with your haircut . Which you did do before you left . Keep in mind thatthe mirror is given to you so that you may air any grievancesor ask to request any thing else. This would have allowed myself to address any issues you may have as well as rectify them with an understandible resolution. Instead you stated the cut was good and left and then aired your grievance through this review which is not fair to you or myself. Please feel free to return for a free cut at any time. I insure you that you will receive exactly what you request. Thank you once again for your review as it will aid in my future improvement as I strive to do so on a daily bases for the last 20+years . In this shop I aim to satisfy the customer. But if he or she leaves without saying something is wrong or need attention to resolve then the wrong or a false impression is left by the customer.
