He’s a good hair stylist, but wasn’t really what I asked for. Felt like he knew that too because he didn’t use the mirror to show me back and sides of... the cut. O Plus, while I understand the professionalism in charging people if they cancel on you, if people make an appointment at 12:20 and don’t get in the chair until 12:45, do we as customers get a discount? He’s always busy which is a good thing but the whole needed to add a card on file for late fee thing is a little too much. Every time I’ve tried him I’ve book a time and had to wait 20+ mins. The convenience aspect is not there. Show more
