I moved to Tampa from NY. I visited a few barbers before I met Rey. He delivers by far the best overall haircut experience. Rey is organized, takes gr...eat care of his tools and keeps them sanitized. Follows instructions well on small changes we always ask for when getting a haircut and goes above and beyond.
