Been going here for years. I generally have a good experience but today was disappointing. I had an 11:20am appointment, but Lee was very late. When I... walked in, he had just started his first guide line on his previous client. I knew it was going to take a while after this. My 11:20am appointment got started at 12:00pm. The haircut itself was mediocre. He did not check in with me throughout the cut and I was turned away from the mirror the whole time so I couldn’t see what was going on. Show more

My hair appointment was ok. I didn't like that i still had to wait 15 minutes. This happened on my first time there. I was offered beverages and snack...s, and I really do like the accommodations. 1 guy came in an sat down right away. As if he's a regular. Is it became he tips big? Honor your appointments time. If i was late you would charge my card an mark me as a no show. Your barber do a good job. I would come again. Show more

Hi Shawn, Sorry your barber was behind schedule and that you had to wait an extra 15 mins. These things can happen depending on if the previous client was on-time or if the barber ended up spending extra time detailing the work. The appointments are bound by a particular barber. Your appointment was with Mr. Lee so the other barbers will not be able to take you because they too have appointments bound to them. Thank you for your input as they are valuable to improving our services.
