THIS IS A LIFE CHANGING REVIEW, SO BE READY. I’ve been in Tampa for four years now. I have been to numerous massage places and personal masseuses. I...’ve supported friends who just got their degrees in massage therapy and everything. And yet….NONE OF THEM GAVE ME A TRUE MASSAGE. Al gave me a TRUE massage today on this day, June 22, 2023. He has completely redefined what I consider as a massage. I asked for a deep tissue massage, and he REALLY did a deep tissue. It was a two hour long session, and he gave every part of my body the attention it needed. This is the first time ever in my life where I got up from a massage and I felt it. This wasn’t just someone rubbing lotion, and oil on my body. This was someone who truly knew what they were doing. His 13 years of experience were truly displayed when I got my massage. He applied pressure, no pain, and I cannot thank him enough for doing that correctly and effectively. I just got the best night of sleep I’ve ever had after a massage. It’s sad to think that I have paid more money for massages that don’t even come close to what Al did for me. He truly has changed my life with one massage, and I don’t feel any pain for the first time in the past few weeks as I’ve been hurting and feeling tension all over. Brother, I can’t thank you enough. You were professional, you were welcoming, caring, communicative and you know exactly what you were doing. There are a lot of people who could stem to learn from you. I absolutely recommend Alamet at Better Muscles Bodywork. I am a CrossFit athlete and I had been experiencing pain in my left shoulder restricting me ...from my CrossFit activities for 5 months. After much consideration, I had to stop working out due to pain. I did tempering and mobility work and still, nothing was really working.
