Greetings, This review is the reason why as a barber I have to be more selective with my clientele. I appreciate your business but let’s start from the very first appointment that you were late to. I gave you grace even though I had a 15 minute grace period and you surpassed that. You made two appointments after that and didn’t come at all because you “forgot”. Every single appointment you made after that, you were very late or a no show and I still gave you grace starting in 2022. I could’ve charged you late fee’s, secured my cancellation fees and blocked you from my website but again I gave you grace. I can only extend myself so far. Yes, I am a barber but I am also a human being, who runs a very busy business. Just because you pay me for MY services doesn’t mean you get to treat me or my time like it isn’t VALUABLE. Let’s be honest you were a client but it’s a mutual respect that I expect because if I wasn’t a good service provider you would’ve found another barber instead of staying for 3 years. Let’s not become so entitled to treat service providers who always extend grace a threat to leave a nasty review because you talked to me and questioned me like I was beneath you. Being a barber is my craft.. Let’s not confuse that with me being a respected professional...that’s obviously extending too much grace.Good luck in finding another barber.

I communicated and let you know exactly the update on your appointment. You decided to not come. I still looked out for you and told you to keep your deposit. I also went above and beyond to extend another barbers information to give you a service. I can only give professionalism and understanding to a certain extent. Thank you.
