CORRECTED REVIEW: He did a good job with styling my daughters hair, but he is not professional. He contacted me at 6:31 a.m. the morning of the first... appointment to ask to make it at 11. I said that was too late. He agreed to 10:00. He did not show until 10:49. After the shop employee and myself repeatly called him. We booked again because everyone has bad days. For the second appointment he asked to change my time to two hours after the booked time again. After my first review he felt the need to respond to it. This supports my previous statement he is unprofessional. Regarding the second appointment I never told him why I was canceling. Yes, i booked the wrong thing, but we were willing to keep the original booking of braiding her natural hair and get a different style in 2 weeks. But I then reviewed our text thread and decided not to support his business again due to his inconsistency. Book with caution ⚠️. Show more

My apologies again about the first appointment, which I was only 45 mins late for it 1 hr and a half ! And as for the second one time just didn’t permit in your last min appointment sorry, and why not leave a review the first time if that's how you felt. And his second appointment regardless of when I pushed it back you booked the wrong thing and I wasn’t gonna able to add an extra 3 hours to any style sorry

I think it’s very tacky and distasteful of you too book last min not get a confirmation and continue to pursue an appointment that you never paid a deposit for, I politely told you without deposit there is no way you can sit in my chair, you left my shop upset then post this picture in my reviews hours later. I'm not sure if this is your MO, but this is my job of 9 years !!! I would never and my new and returning clients know this !!
