If I could give a zero star review I would. Only two hours before my scheduled appointment that I made a month in advance, I received a text from Lize...tte saying she was cancelling my appointment because of a headache. I would’ve been understanding if she had moved me to another hairdresser or even given me recommendations after texting her that it is the day of my senior prom, yet she couldn’t even bother to respond back to me. I was left scrambling to find another salon in such short notice on the day of my last prom. Not only that but when she cancelled she said she could fit me in a WEEK later. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional and I would never go back. Show more

Hi Ashlee, I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding the day of your appointment. Per my message I sent you I did state that I had a migraine and was feeling nauseous, it wasn’t just a headache. I was not feeling well that is why I had to cancel your appointment. I was not aware that you had scheduled because you were attending prom; you stated that until I sent you the text to reschedule. I work by myself due to the fact that I own a salon suite which is why it would not be possible to have you see another stylist. Unfortunately me being the only stylist means that this is one women show. I do however apologize for the confusion and for having to cancel your appointment due to me not feeling well.

Lizette is amazing! She is so skilled and knowledgeable about everything hair. I have naturally curly hair and she is the ONLY stylist that has been a...ble to blow out my hair PERFECTLY every single time! It’s hard to find a stylist that can blow out curly hair to make it look sleek and smooth but also with body! After a blow-out with other stylists, I would always end up going home and redoing my hair completely, or taking my flat iron out to try to fix it better. NOT with Lizette- she’s a rock star! I’ve even started to go to her weekly….because she’s THAT fantastic, and she gives me time back to my day that I would spend on fixing my hair. Bonus- she’s great at conversations- we laugh the whole time during my appointments. Love love love her! Show more
