I’ve always struggled to find someone who really knows how to work with my curly hair. In the past, stylists have done things I asked them not to—like... thinning my hair—which left me hesitant to get my hair done and not confident in the results. That all changed when I found Mei’Ling. She highlighted and cut my hair beautifully, truly listened to me, and knew exactly what she was doing. My son has eczema on his scalp and his starter locs were not doing well (mostly my fault). Meiling got his pattern re-established, got him a nice ACV ...wash and rinse and even styled his short(ish) locs in a style that he is geeked about.
