Apparently, there was a "glitch" in scheduling or someone doesn't know how to manage time, but he did 3 girls in an hour because he didn't have time. ...It was one of the girls last prom. My daughter was crying and upset and when she asked him to fix it, he said no. He wanted to do his own thing, which was stick a bunch of mismatched bobby pins in their hair. When I asked him about it, all he said was that it's trending for 2017 prom and I should Google it. When I asked for my money back, he gave me an attitude. Poor customer service and poor time management. I can't even justify one star rating. Show more
