Worse experience ever, Star did my permanent dreadlock install. By the time I got home some of the dreadlocks were sliding off. I went prior for a con...sultation because my hair is very fine and i needed them to know so they could let me know if they work with my hair type, Star said that she could. While installing my dreads, Star kept saying the front is getting thinner every time she tried to Use the crochet hook, it’s because she was breaking and pulling my hair out. I contacted her immediately as they slid off and she started talking aggressively about me pulling them. Permanent install means permanent. You should not be able to pull them out without your hair being damaged. I noticed oil of some sort, you can’t oil fine hair and do an install. You should know that. Instead of offering to repair what was done incorrectly she just started sending all sorts of texts and I will not argue with someone that I paid to do a service. I will see you in court. The business isn’t legit, Michelle is the only licensed one there to do natural hair from what we found in the criminal court (yes the criminal court) because that’s where I was told to go find out all the information I needed to know about Star. It’s as if I stepped into the twilight zone

I hate that you had that experience as a business owner. Star is a license up-to-date cosmetologist you are correct. She is not a natural hair care specialist because she has a cosmetologist license but sad to say I hate that happen under my name and it’s an embarrassment to have it put on a media is such as good as performances as I give to my customers

The shop was immaculately clean and welcoming, and Michelle’s vibe was just as refreshing. She took the time to talk with me, gave amazing suggestions tailored to my hair needs, and then worked her magic and BABY, when I say my hair looks FIRE?! I haven’t stopped smiling since I left. She’s not just doing hair she’s out here restoring crowns and building confidence. You can feel the love in every twist. I’ve had my locs done before, but this was a whole different level — next level care, talent, and professionalism. I just had the best experience getting my hair done! The stylist was incredibly skilled and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted.... The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit enjoyable. I left feeling fabulous and couldn't be happier with the results! I will definitely be back and can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
