Made my appointment for 740 ain’t get back there until 10:30 it was for the $10 special the security said we didn’t have to pay 10 dollars for the pap...er application get the piercing and had to pay $35 like how is it a $10 special when u have to pay more than the flyer say but other than that it was a 6/10 just don’t understand how u tell ppl u are running a special than we come out of more money than we expected

Absolutely horrible. Booked an appointment just to have to wait an hour and still not get in. Don’t understand what the point of booking an appointmen...t is. If she can’t get people in on time she should stop overbooking. And walk-ins are adjusted with people who have appointments which is just ridiculous cuz i just booked an appointment for nothing. Absolute shit show.
