I dont usually like to talk while im getting a haircut, and Frank picks up on this very well which i appreciate. But the more ive gone back, we've got...ten to talking and ive rather enjoyed it. Frank is amibitious, kind, personable and a great listener. He can cut the shit out of some hair too. When you go to Frank, youre not just buying a cut but youre making an investment in letting him work his art to have you leaving confident and brand new. Cant put a price on what Frank does.
