    • Shampoo

      Before shampooing a consultation of your hair health will be analyzed thoroughly to know the best shampoo to use for the condition of your hair. your hair will be shampooed twice and then you hair will be detangled and conditioned for 15 min.

    • Deep Conditioning Treatment

      A consultation of your hair health will be analyzed throughly to know what is the best shampoo and conditioner will fit your hair needs. Your hair will be shampooed 1-2 times and a conditioner will sit in your hair under a hooded dryer between 15 and 30 min.

    • Blow drying

      Only after hair has been washed or conditioned leave in conditioning cream and heat protectant will be used to blow dry hair up to 85% straight.

    • Split Ends Trim

      A trim is up to 1 and a half inches or less sculpted off.

    • Style Hair Cut

      You will receive a shampoo and condition. You hair will be silk pressed and cut into desired style and ironed into desired style shape.

    • Roller Set

      Your hair will be shampoo and conditioned. Hair will be blow dried out 85% straight. Rollers will be set in your hair based on desired style and set under a hooded dryer in till hair is 100% dry.

    • Flexi Rod Set

      Your hair will be shampoo and conditioned. Hair will be blow dried out 85% straight. Flexi rods will be set in your hair based on desired style and set under a hooded dryer in till hair is 100% dry.

    • Natural Hair Up Do (no weave)

    • Silk press

      Wash/ condition and thermal stove iron pressing of hair. Ends trim is included. Curl styling is a added on service to a silk press.

I seen that she does great work so I booked her for her special to see if I liked how she would do my hair. I paid her deposit like she required and s...he confirmed my appointment. She then canceled the appointment and told me to reschedule for another day. I did as she wanted and I rescheduled and I asked if the time and date was good for her and once again she confirmed and told me that the appointment time works. On the day of the appointment I texted her confirming my appointment a hour before which I shouldn’t have to do since I paid the deposit and this was already a reschedule. She texted me telling me to reschedule again because she is way behind. I requested my deposit back which she did send immediately. Im not sure if she over books on this app or what but I felt a way since I was a new client that has paid the deposit she required for her to have to keep rescheduling me smh. I wish I got the chance to see her work for myself cause the pictures she post are nice work Show more

you booked with me under a very rare special price sew on for $40 I got very booked up and as you know sometimes hairstyles are unpredictable as to how long they may take. I have a set time that each style takes but sometimes it takes longer than expected you booked your appointment for 9:30 p.m. which is already very late to book an appointment for a hairstyle on a weekend and I ended up getting very behind schedule but like you said I did notify you and I gave you your deposit back as soon as possible sorry for the inconvenience hopefully you may want to book again but I don't believe I I deserve that one star review for that.
