I was excited able my appointment with Tiarra and looking forward to supporting her as she is new here. We spoke before I sent deposit and she mention...ed once she receives the deposit she will confirm my appointment. Everything happened according after we spoke. Yesterday was my appointment for my baby shower and I was highly disappointed. I messaged her around 6 am to confirm the address as in the app it only ha Wesley Chapel with no address with no response. I called 3 to 4 times before 9 am and no answer or call back. I even navigated to the Wesley Chapel latitude and latitude within the app and found that it’s a church. I had to do my own makeup for my baby shower. Good Morning Tiffany, I too was looking forward to our appointment and do apologize about this unfortunate situation. However, I text you a confirmation on May 9th, at 2:25, with the full address, time, and details. I received no response from you. I then wrote you again Friday, May 24th, at 5:48 PM to verify if you would still be making your appointment as you never replied. I still received no reply. Unfortunately, I am unable to post screen shots here but would love to email them to you. As far as the deposit, this is the exact purpose to insure my time isn’t wasted. If you would like, I can provide you with a discount towards your next service due to the miscommunication. All and all, I do hope your event went well and I do apologize for the inconvenience.
