Came in and no greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I thought I booked an Appointment with Tony but he wasn’t even there so I just had to ask arou...nd to see if anyone was available for a cut. Ended up spending money on a cut I was not satisfied with. Make sure you know who you are scheduling an appointment with. Show more

The quality of service at the shop has severely declined since I was previously a regular and faithful client. I booked with one barber, the owner, on...ly to find out that, without notifying customers, he assigns them to the first available barber even though you booked with him. Upon my arrival, I sat for over almost thirty minutes, while no one spoke, asked if I needed assistance, or asked for whom I was waiting. Once they discovered for whom I was waiting, they contacted the him. I was informed he was at Tyler Perry Studios and would not be present for my appointment, an appointment that had been confirmed through the booking site. After taking the chance on a barber I did not know or expect, I exited. Upon my exit, the same barbers refused to speak or offer an ending apology as I left. This was not a pleasant experience and I was informed it that this was not the first offense of this kind at this shop. Customer service and customer consideration must improve! Lastly, the owner has not attempted to reach out to apologize or rectify this issue. It’s not about the mistake, it’s about how you handle customers after you’ve messed up! Show more

First time was good, but second time asked my guy to give me a drop fade: mid fade on the sides and low fade at the back, even showed him a picture fr...om before. I don’t know what he heard but he cut all of my the hair at the back of my head, which I had grown for a few months and left me with a high fade. Speechless. Charged me $50 too Show more

Unfortunately I did not get the style I asked for. I paid $45. Actually they did not ask for if I had any preferences. Glad I told at the beginning el...se I would have got some shitty haircut. No proper finishing. Not professional either. They wont let you to look at the mirror during the haircut. Just think if you want to pay $45 for some very basic haircut where you can get customized haircut for $40 in other places Show more

First time was a good experience, second time the barber I had didn’t know how to blend a shadow beard and was debating with me on what couldn’t be do...ne when I literally was showing him pictures of my beard where other barbers that were able to achieve what I wanted, on top of that I have a huge cut on the side of my face because the clippers he used were too sharp. I don’t want to put the barber on blast but it was a bummer because of my first experience, thought the standard was good across the board. Very disappointing Show more
