Hi Rita, Thank you for being a repeat client and sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your visit didn’t meet expectations and appreciate the chance to clarify. Your appointment was booked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure (1 hr 35 mins). Our policy allows a 10-minute grace period, but we called a little after 2 PM and you let us know you’d be another 10 minutes late—making your arrival 25 minutes past the scheduled time. We still welcomed you and did our best to adjust. Midway through your pedicure, we learned you wanted a dip manicure with a soak-off(1 hr) -services not included in your original booking. While Lily tried to save time, we also contacted our next client and pushed her back 30 minutes to help fit it in. After that, you requested dip with tips, a specific shape, and a French design. Unfortunately, that would have required more time than we had left, and Lily didn’t want to rush or compromise the next guest’s appointment. She wasn’t upset—just genuinely wanted to do her best for you without affecting others. We always aim to provide quality, stress-free service and recommend booking the correct services in advance and arriving on time to ensure the best experience.
