I had an appointment for 10am. I was there 5 minutes early. I joked around with the barbers and the other customers while I was waiting. 10 minute...s pass and another customer with an appiontment walks in and sits down. We wait another 5 minutes. Another customer with an appiontment walks in while Jesus is finishing up with his customer he's been with since I got there. Jesus finishes cleaning up his area and just as I thought he was about to call me over, he calls for the customer who walked in not even 5 mintues ago. You could about imagine the confusion that set over the whole shop. When I confronted Jesus about the situation, and showed him the conformation text from his booking application. He seemed more confused than myself. Now its fine that i didnt get my hair cut today. And its even fine that he offered to reschedule at His earliest convenience. Which wasnt very helpful, considering I work the night shift and I needed my hair cut for an interview I have on Friday. What upset me the most was I sat there for 20 minutes thinking I was going to get my hair cut by someone who wants to cut hair. It is true, you get what you pay for. Im glad i went to Great Clips. Oh i forgot to add this is the second time this has happen to me at this location! Show more
