This was my first time at Elevated Nail Salon. I have been searching for a nail salon for some time now, just for a good pedicure, since my pedicurist...s moved. This is the second place that I have tried. First, I thought this looks like a good atmosphere. All the nail techs were smiling and talking to their clients. I was 30min early, however, there was no one sitting in the pedicure chairs. I waited gladly, nonetheless, I waited almost an hour before my pedicure was started. The young lady who was my pedicurist never introduced herself, therefore I wasn’t even sure if she was the one who was going to tend to me. She barely spoke, I tried to start a conversation, but nothing. The only thing she told me was she accepts cash app. I sat there quietly for the majority of the time. As she started to paint my nails, I was wondering why she didn’t put my flip flops on first. I paid $60 for a royal pedicure which included, removal of existing polish, trim and file nails, cuticle care, callus removal, sugar scrub exfoliation, foot mask with hot towel treatment, foot massage, and paraffin wax treatment,Regular polish included. She did not trim my nails, she did not touch my cuticles, and I am not sure if I had the paraffin wax treatment, nor did I get a foot massage. After she finished, she gave me her cash app information, she put my flip flops on, I noticed that the polish was scuffed but I didn’t say anything. When I got home. I had to clean under my nails and trim my cuticles and apply clear polish to smooth the nail polish. First and last time I will go there. Show more

Lexi does really pretty nails and she’s very patient with her time and she takes pride into what she does she took her time to file my nails and she w...orked with me to get something Similar to what I had showed her I loved her , her co worker though all I asked for was a French tip with regular polish the first time and she told me it would come out ugly , so then she suggested gel and I said okay and she asked what color did I wanna do for the base and I told her she can pick something she think would look nice and it looked even worse honestly it was a beigey pink with a thin ass white line up at the top she asked what I thought and I told her it was honestly ugly that it didn’t look good and she agreed and said she didn’t like either so then she suggested to just to do a solid color and instead of just wiping it off she clumped some white gel polish on top of the beigey pink it was just trash I wish I would’ve left a tip for Lexi but I was shocked at how ugly the toes her co worked did was and I’m not one to usually write reviews but I’m still annoyed at the fact instead of telling me she couldn’t do a French tip she just clumped some shit onto my toes for 56$ and me having to go somewhere else for them to fix it and she had said it was because my toes were all different sizes but how is it that a chop shop can do a better French tip than a nail tech and I saw her work beforehand on instagram and i had good expectations for my toes But it was just not cute Show more
