Having been your barber for a few years now we had hoped to remedy this, but unfortunately were not able to successfully contact you about your concerns in time for your following appointment. We wanted to respect yours and our time and cancelled the appointment after not receiving any communication to avoid a no-show fee. Only hours before your then cancelled appointment did we receive notification that your contact info had changed. Its circumstantial that you ultimately decided to part ways with us without an opportunity to continue doing our best for you. We have high standards and hope you find another barber that meets your unique needs and time frame.
