Anika, 1st off you walked in after 2pm on a Friday. My services come with a shampoo condition and hairstyle. You Never mentioned until you walked in that you needed to be out in exactly two hours. Granted you shampooed your own hair prior which would have been a part of your scheduled appointment. You scheduled a makeup appointment within a 2 HOUR window. Those clients you're speaking of were scheduled appointments Prior to your 2pm appointment. Anyone who goes to a salon with clientele knows that if you're not the very 1st customer or the only customer there may possibly be a little wait. When you scheduled it's states if YOU are in a rush DO NOT BOOK. You were in a rush because you didn’t factor in the time it may take for your hair. You walked up to speak with me after sitting in the waiting area for 15mins. You were getting an updo with hair added and thought you would be done in 45 mins because it stated 45 min service and because you came in washed. Mind you I had earlier appointments available if you needed to be out sooner. I don’t rush on anyone or for anyone. I hope everything worked out for you where you went. But you are not the client for me. In the future speak with your stylist if you have to be out prior to the appointment time. Enjoy your Evening.
