I gave him what he asked for. And he said that he liked the cut. He asked for one cut and said if he didn't like it, do the other cut. I said you have to pick one because I have other appointments. He picked the taper. It's not true what you said and I have a whole shop full of people to back what I said. Customers & co workers. I’ve been cutting hair for over 30 years with great service. If your son told you that he asked for an all around fade and I just gave him a taper, that’s falsehood. If I said it or did that I would own up to it. It bothers me when someone doesn’t get the truth about a situation and just think that their child is telling the truth. Your daughter was in the car the whole time and came in to pay 10 minutes after the cut. He watched me throughout the whole cut and liked it at the end. I’m the barber that asks several times throughout a haircut to see if I’m going in the right direction with the cut. He never asked me to cut it lower because he said something about him getting twists in his head a little lower on his head. 4 times and he said it was cool. Now if you don’t like the haircut, I will accept that, but that’s not what he said. And it’s completely not anyone's business that I’m on the phone. It’s why they have ear pieces. Which I used. Especially when the clippers never stop moving. Even tho I wasn’t on the phone the entire cut. And I don’t need the business of someone who doesn’t get the facts straight before they do a review.
