I had to book a last minute appointment because I had a photo shoot the next day and my regular barber was out of town. As person in the LGBTQ communi...ty, I still feel a little uneasy going into “regular” barbershops. I was in the area and I knew No Limit would make me feel easy and accepted. When I arrived(appointment hadn’t bee accepted) they were busy and doing a commercial and I told them my story and they took me in to do my line up…🙏🏾🙏🏾I appreciate them so much for doing that !! King was amazing ! The studio is definitely a vibe in its own, but the customer service is impeccable, I sent a dm of my inspo and he executed perfect...ly, I had an uneven patchy cut and he cleaned me up and gave me an amazing design. washed my hair and did extra steps to make sure my hair came out exactly how I wanted. King also communicated thoroughly before, set the right expectation and made sure I was cut and clean before I had to be to my shift at work at 9 am. Everything about this studio feels homey, comfortable and inclusive. King has a great personality and is super talented and made me feel great. The conversation was great, service was great, I’ll be back in 2 weeks for a touch up. He’s super affordable and can do so many services !!! Please don’t walk but run and book your service. Show more

Honest&True: One of der clients posted "high class service with personal nds" I didnt get dat treatment!!!!!!!! really tryin 2keep it short. I had 2ca...ncel on Kassim day of (friday Nov 18), my car broke down on me, got stuck @mechanics car was too dangerous to drive, not Kassims issue, however, he agreed to accommodate me & work it out so we can still see him but 4da nex day, cool, but da times I chose were wrong, it wld have caused a conflict with my schedule, so i rescheduled appts on his site for an earlier time 7am Saturday Nov 19th...mind you----the reschedule appts were pending den approved, he even tex me to make sure i was ok wit paying extra fee 4 before hrs, no problem i was ok witdat. before i forget I had already explained to Kassim why this haircut was so important...for a photo shoot on Sunday Nov 20th...ok so Later, (this is still friday), i get a tex message from Kassim he had to work late doing a color so has to cancel my 7am for Nov 19. It was disappointing but I understood & communicated dat in my tex. So he assured me he wld get us taken care of and we cld schedule for Sunday Nov 20th. He even ask me what time i wanted. Went bac on his site...he had an 8am (he knows this is for 2 people...oh and did i mention these appts are only line ups) perfect I book it...photo shoot not until 2pm anyway..Again, appt pending approval...finally it was approved. Late Saturday night I get an automated tex message my appt has been cancelled. Tex kassim at least 4x b4 he even responds. Basically all i get is excuses & dat his Virtual assistant overbooked him. The problem I have wit dis whole ting is that our brown people in this industry have really gotten beside themselves. Dey treat clients wit no respect and consideration. If i hadnt tex him multiple x wld he have had da decency to contact & tell me why he had to cancel-probably not. Den all i get r excuses. But heres the cherry on top he sends me a message basically telling me "as a professional he will refer me to another pro who can handle my style of booking and my style of communication...that is an insult and so unnecessary....but he considers him self being professional. That was poor service and very unprofessional...So, your virtual assistant messes up and I have to go find a new barber. That's bogus and Kassism nds to do better. Bad treatment towards me and I would highly highly not recommend this place of business Show more
