I have been attending PT at Baylor and found this to be a super helpful addition to my recovery. I am an avid yogi so many of the moves or stretches f...elt natural to me. Unlike yoga you really get deep into the stretch and explore your range of motion. Even though the word "stretch" is in the name don't be fooled...you will SWEAT! Kathleen and Nick were excellent instructors and found many modifications for me as I couldn't (because of my injury) get into many poses. The other nice thing about this class was that it felt small even though there were a good amount of people there because it was an instructor plus a PT assisting. Show more
