Each service is required a $17.50 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit upon booking. $15.00 of your deposit will go towards your service.
YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID IN CASH ONLY!

Tardiness Policy:
I have a strict 10 minute policy. I recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to find parking and locate the salon. If you arrive later than 10 minutes of your appointment time your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation Policy/Fees:
It's asked that you cancel or reschedule 48 hours PRIOR to your appointment (rescheduling and canceling can be done using either contact methods). Any appointments canceled or rescheduled after 48 hours forfeit the prior appointment and deposit!
NO CALLS/NO SHOWS ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM BOOKING AGAIN.
