The staff were super friendly.. I absolutely loved the char massage I had with my wash. But that was the highlight of my experience. I came in for a ...cut and color on natural hair. The owner recommended a biolage color on my hair so it would be less damaging, and a cut that would frame my face. Everything sounded good but the end result was not good. The color was ok but my cut was not defined. It has no shape. I have to now go to someone else to give me shape to my cut. My hair also was not styled when I left. My hair is natural so needs products in it to be styled.. I chose this place because of the reviews and I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for but I must say that wasn’t the case here! I was hoping that this would be a place that I could go to achieve my hair goals. I’m so disappointed. Show more
