Hi James, i tried reaching out to you through text to your personal number and i also called you to see how we can give you a better experience and a free haircut for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately today you didnt make an appointment through the booksy app, you called on the phone and we tried our best to accomodate you at 7pm.. now with it being friday and our books being completely filled up it was our mistake for not keeping track of your phone call appointment which we do apologize for and want to make it right.. with that being said, if you ever want to come back we’ll grant you a free executive haircut. You can ask anyone in town. Ive lived here for 20+ years and have serviced my community with haircuts for 15 years. Everyone knows as the owner i am, i treat all my clients with the upmost prestige.
