Tom was phenomenal! Great attention to detail. Listened to what I was looking for and nailed it on the dot. Only thing for me was the wait time. I mad...e an appt and was waiting for about 30 minutes. Normally I wouldn’t typically care, I just had other things going on that day. Other than that, Tom was great, I recommend going here to get exactly what you are looking for in your cut. Show more

My son and I moved from VT to NY about a year ago. We left a barber shop where I have been a customer for over 40yrs and it’s the only barber who’s cu...t my son’s hair who is currently 24yrs old. To say the least, it was more than a client/customer relationship and it felt like we were cheating on our barber shop when we went to Nate’s but since we now lived over an hour away, it was simply not sustainable to drive back to VT when Nate’s was down the street. We decided to take a chance on Nate’s barber shop simply because of the close proximity to where we lived but what we didn’t know, we were about to find a new home. Not only did Nate & Tim make my son & I feel right at home, they understood what it meant to have “barber loyalty” which made the new transition that much easier. Over the past year, we’ve not just found a new, trusted barber shop - we’ve also found a couple of new friends in Nate & Tom. During your visit, you were extremely positive — smiling, talking throughout the cut, and checking the mirror multiple times saying how much you liked the look. At no point did you express any concerns about the lip line or anything else. As a barber, I take pride in my work and hold myself to a very high standard. I actually have a clear photo of your cut afterward, and the lip line looks precise and balanced — identical to what you saw and approved in the mirror. I always do my best to deliver clean, professional results, and had I known you felt otherwise, I would’ve addressed it on the spot to make sure you left 100% satisfied. I’m always open to fixing or adjusting anything if someone truly isn’t happy, but blindsiding with a negative review after showing nothing but satisfaction in the shop isn’t the energy I move with.
