chandra is the best! i went in for a keratin treatment this weekend and she slayyyed me. her service is amazing as she took care of not just my hair, ...but made sure i was comfortable and entertained while i sat there. the process took at little over four hours but i made it just in time for my event that night and i received so many compliments on my hair! here are pics right after the treatment and trim, 24hrs later, and 48 hrs later. i am obsessed with the results! SCAMMMMMMMMMM. DO NOT BOOK. I was originally going to leave a simple review of my experience and service such as "you get what you pay for" BUT my ent...ire ponytail just fell out in front of everyone, literary just got my hair done at 5am this morning. 1) She was LATE 2) unprofessionally and was mad at me because she forgot about my appointment. 3) Sent pictures of the stye I wanted and asked if she can do it. SHE COULD NOT DO A SWOOP and SLICK. 4) Took three hours instead of two like in her description. I was late for next appointment by an hour!!! FRIENDS AND FAMILY: please stop leaving positive experience review just to help her out. it was a huge inconvenience. But I should have known by her prices. NOTE: She did offer a refund for service but not for my hair she ruined. But yet to receive anything. Show more
