First haircut with this barber was great. I was not aware at the time that he was cutting from home, but it wasn’t a big issue. He was very profession...al and I left my appointment on Cloud9. Fast forward three weeks and I book again with the expectation of having a similar experience and boy was I wrong! I didn’t mind the change in location although it was another 20 minutes. The music at the shop was vulgar, but to each their own. My biggest issue was my haircut. As a paying customer who is not shy to tipping, I come in for a service and expect to be happy with my results. Immediately upon my haircut being “completed”, I noticed he had clearly went WAY too high when shaping my hairline around my temples and actually pushed back my hairline. To make matters worse, it was uneven. At the very least if you’re going to mess up, make it even. When voicing my concerns, I was gaslit and treated with disrespect. Rather than acknowledging his mistakes and working to resolve the issue, he tried to downplay my concerns as if this isn’t my hair and I don’t have the right to look how I’d like. My experiences from the first to the second appointment couldn’t have been more night and day. It’s safe to say I will not be returning. If this is how he treat his clients, it’s clear to see why this bookings always have availability… Show more
