      Microblading is a semi-permanent, superficial solution to a sparse, over plucked, over-waxed and thinning eyebrow. It is ideal to cover scars and gaps, define shape, create an arch and fill in the brows. Microblading allows to construct natural looking eyebrows for people with very little or no brow hairs. Eyebrow microblading is a manual method of depositing a small amount of ink in the outer layer of the skin without reaching the dermis. The needle used in manual microblading is three times thinner than the one used with a machine, which allows to create a very fine and crisp hair strokes that do not blur after healing creating a natural look.

Gel Mani and Deluxe Pedi Package Parafin Treatment

So disappointed with my pedi & my gel mani today. The gel manicure was done unacceptably sloppy. The nails are uneven, and I am now polishing the roug...h edges at home. I expressed unhappiness, and they still charged me for their service. I felt uncomfortable arguing there in front of other customers. Also, I was charged for a paraffin mask that I have not received! I will never revisit this nail salon. Show more

Sorry to hear that your gel manicure is uneven or rough edges. You should tell us before you leave the salon so we can fix it for you. You booked a regular pedi and gel mani. When you came for your services, you asked for an add on the mask for your feet. You didn’t ask for paraffin. We have many different services add on such as mask, foot massage and paraffin services. We did the mask for 20 mins and additional longer massage and many warm towels. We only charged you $15 extra for the mask not the paraffin as you didn’t ask for paraffin wax. Mask and paraffin is different and If you think it’s overcharged, it should be $30 for paraffin and mask add on, not $15.

Every time I’ve come here, the nail technician (I don’t know her name. The one without glasses, does nail art) cuts me and makes me bleed, it’s painfu...l for days after, and there’s no apologies made. It happened again. This time add the fact that when the foot basin began to fill with water, there was someone else’s nail clipping and skin flakes (?) floating in it. Are the plastic bags covering the basin changed after each use? I wish there was something in the neighborhood with the same facilities where I can relax and treat myself. We are sorry that you did not have pleasant experience. I have counseled my staff and briefed them about safely not going deep in doing their mani pedi. I guarantee our clients that we soap and disinfect our pedi sinks after every client use. We change the plastic lining on our sink. It's not worth saving 10 cents for us. I encourage my clients to say something right away when they see something unsatisfactory in their service. We will be very happy to correct it right away. Health and safety of our clients is our utmost concern. We are not perfect and miss things once in a while. I am glad that you like the quality of our nail work. Thank you.
