So disappointed with my pedi & my gel mani today. The gel manicure was done unacceptably sloppy. The nails are uneven, and I am now polishing the roug...h edges at home. I expressed unhappiness, and they still charged me for their service. I felt uncomfortable arguing there in front of other customers. Also, I was charged for a paraffin mask that I have not received! Sorry to hear that your gel manicure is uneven or rough edges. You should tell us before you leave the salon so we can fix it for you. You booked a regular pedi and gel mani. When you came for your services, you asked for an add on the mask for your feet. You didn’t ask for paraffin. We have many different services add on such as mask, foot massage and paraffin services. We did the mask for 20 mins and additional longer massage and many warm towels. We only charged you $15 extra for the mask not the paraffin as you didn’t ask for paraffin wax. Mask and paraffin is different and If you think it’s overcharged, it should be $30 for paraffin and mask add on, not $15.
