      This service is done with Apple cider Vinegar, baking soda and lemon juice. And is done to remove buildup from your locs leaving you hair feeling much lighter in weight and smelling fresh. Just think of it as a deep wash. Your Locs will be soaked and scrubbed twice.  ****Due to my work location only having one sink this service will only be available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.****

      This service is for Loc repairs with a Retwist included with 10 or more Individual Loc repairs. This service includes Loc rebuild, reattachment and is for overgrown new growth at the roots that has not been kept up routinely which may has caused matting, tangled or broken roots throughout the head. Prices for this service depends on the severity of the reconstruction. Please request a telephone consultation in the notes if needed.

Because you were very late the last appointment and I couldn't take you? You kept changing the time aalso there was nothing I could do. I’m always crowded Mon-wed because it’s the special and those are the only day that you want to come.

I was referred to this loctician for her services, however my experience was disappointing. An appointment time was confirmed, but the time continued ...to be pushed back with little communication. I arrived at the shop and never received follow-up or acknowledgment. When I later expressed concern about the lack of communication and respect for my time, there was no accountability taken. Instead, the response was dismissive and included an inappropriate remark referring to me as “the police,” which I found unprofessional. Delays can happen, but clear communication and accountability are essential in a service-based business. Unfortunately, that was lacking in this experienced

We communicated but you rather go back and forth instead. You thought you were a police officer, judge, my dad, mother idk what you thought questioning me the way that you did but instead of me being rude and unprofessional I simply stopped replying to you. Unfortunately that’s when you FINALLY decided that you wanted to pick a time and pop up. I refuse to go back and forth especially when there was a snow storm that cause the cancellation in the first place. I’m always nice until you give me a reason to not be.
