Did a lot of searching and came ...across Tosha and looked at a bunch of her work on her instagram to see what I would get into and decided to give it a try. First time going and I can already tell you I got my new loc lady! She takes her times and she’s gentle. Gave me the exact look I had in mind. Very clean and she will have you looking sleek! So I booked a consultation with Ms.Tosha 11/15 at10:30am. Although it didn’t happen, face-to-face, due to a miscommunication with phone numbers she wa...s still willing to come to the shop later in the day to see me. I had the chance to speak to her over the phone and she was very nice. I also send her a video of the state of my hair, and I must say she was very professional and knowledgeable of the service can’t wait to hear back from her on what needs to be done. Definitely down the line I’m looking to rebook a appointment with her. I was referred to her by my cousin, an older sister and they locs are so dope also well kept and looking fresh and clean, and by the looks of her work it caught my attention and I believe she’s the one to save my LOCS lol. I was told earlier that work had to be done to the shop & I advised I needed my hair done for my bday Saturday & couldn’t reschedule. I was informed I... would hear back by 1 pm for status of appointment but I wasn’t advised to not come to my appointment or the fact that she wouldn’t be at the shop. It was horrible communication and it’s crazy cause I really love the way she does my locs but I’m really disappointed I didn’t get my hair done & the fact I haven’t heard from her since. Show more
